Introduction
This five-day course teaches how to choose, deploy, and use digital tools to improve business outcomes. You will work with real toolsets and real processes. The focus is integrating tools, automating routine work, and measuring impact. Sessions combine hands-on labs, case studies, and an implementation plan you can use after the course.
Objectives
2. Map a core business process and select tools to streamline at least one end-to-end workflow.
3. Configure and connect common tools (collaboration platforms, CRM/basic automation, file/storage) to support a target process.
4. Draft an implementation plan that includes governance, roles, timeline, and change-management actions.
5. Build simple success metrics and a tracking approach to measure adoption, performance, and basic ROI.
